Biography
Anglican cleric and evangelist who was one of the founders of Methodism and the evangelical movement. He preached to enormous crowds on both sides of the Atlantic and was a key figure in the Great Awakening.
Faith & Testimony
Whitefield was one of the most powerful preachers in Christian history, known for his dramatic delivery and deep conviction. Benjamin Franklin estimated he could be heard by 30,000 people at once. He preached over 18,000 sermons in his lifetime.
