Biography
British Protestant Christian missionary to China and founder of the China Inland Mission (now OMF International). He spent 51 years in China and is regarded as one of the most important missionaries of all time.
Faith & Testimony
Taylor pioneered a new approach to missions by adopting Chinese dress and customs, living by faith without soliciting funds, and opening inland China to the gospel. The CIM he founded became the largest mission agency in the world, eventually bringing over 800 missionaries to China.
