Biography
German composer and musician of the Baroque period, widely regarded as one of the greatest composers of all time. His works include the Brandenburg Concertos, the Mass in B minor, and hundreds of cantatas.

A devout Lutheran who inscribed 'Soli Deo Gloria' (To God Alone Be the Glory) on his manuscripts. He composed extensively for the church and viewed his musical gifts as given by God for His glory.
