Biography
Chinese revolutionary and political leader who served as the first president of the Republic of China. Known as the 'Father of the Nation,' he overthrew the Qing dynasty and established a republic.
Faith & Testimony
Sun was baptized as a Christian in Hong Kong in 1883 and credited Christianity as a driving force behind his revolutionary ideals of equality and justice. He said: 'I am a follower of Jesus Christ. The Revolution has its origins in Christianity.' His Three Principles of the People were influenced by Christian ethics.
